On May 13, 2023 (Saturday), employees of JCS Systems Inc. gathered together for a company-wide event in support of J-1 interns and TN interns.
To prepare the staff for this event, planning sessions were held weeks in advance, focusing on activities such as games, sports, prize giveaways, and meals (Lunch: hot dogs, hamburgers, and snacks; Dinner: BBQ and Korean galbi).
Employees from each department of JCS, as well as their families, were invited to encourage and celebrate everyone who had worked hard during the first half of the year.
Schedule:
- 10:00 AM: JCS staff event preparation (game team, decoration team, food preparation team, sports team, photo team, and traditional dance performance preparation team).
- 2:00 PM: J-1 interns and TN employees joined for a CookOut lunch, promoting camaraderie.
- 3:00 PM: Games and intermittent prize draws (1st prize: 55-inch TV, 2nd prize: vacuum cleaner, 3rd prize: air fryer, 4th prize: fan, 5th prize: camping lantern, and various other household items).
- 5:00 PM: BBQ dinner.
- 6:00 PM: Soccer game (company employees vs. TN interns).
- 7:00 PM: Final prize draw and photo session.
